We worked with AJ to coordinate the rental needs for our wedding. She was always quick to reply to any questions we had and was very attentive to detail. We were initially a little stressed at the idea of organizing all the rental needs for our ceremony and reception and she took all of the stress out of the experience. From making sure our invoice was all inclusive of our needs, to assisting with designing a floor plan, to coordinating delivery she worked with us every step of the way. She was a pleasure to work with and we would happily work with [Dover Location] again.
We used [Dover Location] for renting multiple tents, a dance floor, chairs, string lighting and an arch for our wedding ceremony. They were very quick with coming back with quotes and had a large variety of items to rent. For last minute changes, they ere very flexible! We were able to add / change items up until very close to the day of the event to respond to some emergencies. The setup crew was great to work with- they asked for tons of input on the day before the event and made sure to double (and triple) check everything was placed where it should be. We’d definitely use them again!

The event coordinators were very efficient in every aspect of the planning process! Changes were made to the contract during the months leading up to our wedding with ease and we never felt we were burdening them. Two minor little hiccups once delivery of the items and the tent was in place, but they were quickly taken care of with just a quick phone call. The set up team was great and “on their game”!! Will definitely use [Collective Event Group] again in the future!! Awesome team and awesome service!
I had nothing but top service with [Dover Location], they answered my emails in a timely matter, were very helpful with sizing for our wedding tents, they did an amazing job with the lights inside the tents and the dance floor was beautiful. With the stress of changing my venue due to covid they were willing to help in anyway ay they needed to. I will always recommend [Collective Event Group]!
The team [at Dover location] is awesome! They have a large selection of inventory and can put together almost any look for a wedding day. They were so easy to work with, especially during a COVID postponement when some of our original rentals became unavailable on our new date. AJ was incredibly responsive to any email and always quickly made any changes we suggested (and we had many changes!). I would not hesitate to hire [Collective Event Group] for rentals!
