I have worked with Event Central for over 20 years. As a caterer who is a perfectionist in quality and service in my business, working with Event Central is a great partnership. They are always on time, the tents, dishes, flatware, glassware, chairs….all of the rentals, are pristine. It is nice to know that they also update their equipment and we have many choices instead of just one style of an item. And they go out of their way to provide the best service possible, even setting up an after hours pick up. Their staff is pleasant and aims to keep the client satisfied!
Event Central created an elegant venue for our daughter’s wedding. the venue only existed in our minds, so we had to place a great deal of trust in this vendor. We were thrilled with the outcome. Everything was as promised, and their professionalism and knowledge was evident in the great advise we received.
Event Central was wonderful to deal with as far as wedding rental items. Even Central supplied us with a dance floor, a tent, linens, pipe and drape, and numerous other items. Along the way we made many changes. Each time we did, our Event Central representative, was professional and gracious. Ultimately, Event Central was instrumental in creating a beautiful wedding for my daughter.
Very responsive and timely– their inventory is HUGE which made last-minute additions to our order no problem. This was the least stressful part of the planning process!
