It was a chilly, but beautiful winter day on Saturday, February 7 – and a perfect day to hit the slopes and ski for a good cause!
The 11th Annual Ski4Life, hosted by the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, took place at Ski Roundtop Mountain Resort. Skiers from all across Central PA gathered for a 6-hour ski and snowboard marathon – and most importantly – to raise money to support the LLS’s missions to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma and improve the quality of life for patients and their families.

Recently Michele Engle decided to step up the fight against Leukemia & Lymphoma, by joining their Annual fundraiser “Man & Woman of the Year”. Ski Roundtop announced their closing date last night, and it is starting to sink in. . . . . I am going to have to go back to work soon. It’s almost time to put away my Ski Patrol Uniform, and resume my full time event management roll.
