For certain occasions in life, seeing is believing. When planning an event, you want to be able to take a closer look at the color of the linens, style of the dinnerware and quality of the tables, tents and chairs. More importantly, you want to know that you are working with professionals who have the inventory, expertise and organization to execute your design with precision.
Offering our clients and customers this closer look is important to us as well. Photos on a website provide only a fragmented glimpse into the scale of our full operation. They don’t convey the size of our facility, our investment in quality inventory or our custom fabrics and systems that help us make an event extra special. Still, not everyone has time to come to our facility to check things out in person.
So how do you bridge the gap?
Thanks to the modern technology of Google Maps, we are one of the only small businesses in the area who can provide anyone with instant access to the behind-the-scenes operations in our warehouse. Any time of day and from anywhere in the world, people can take a self-guided tour of our facility.
Back in August, we announced that Google Maps was sending out a Google Streets Photo Team to our Mechanicsburg headquarters. And what an experience it was! The 25 tripod viewpoints they captured allow you to see the various parts of the warehouse. If you look closely, you might even spot one of our employees!
It’s an awesome opportunity to be able to open our doors to the Google Maps system. We work hard to keep our inventory clean and organized and we are proud of the size of the space out of which we do business. A static page on our website or an image of the outside of our building doesn’t give you the same interactive experience that Google Maps does. It’s important for our customers to see firsthand that we are a developed, experienced and transparent business that can service all types of events – large and small.
When it comes to events, visualization is everything. You want to know that the specific vision in your head will be brought to life with the right colors and designs. Ultimately, the design is influenced by the rentals you choose to create your space. Thanks to Google Maps, you can get a clear idea as to how your event will come together using our inventory, expertise and organization that you see when virtually touring our facility!
