The primary mission of our Customer Service staff is to uphold commitment to customer service, quality and efficiency with regards to timely delivery, pick ups, procedures and contracts.
Some specific responsibilities include:
• Maintaining accurate rental contract files/documents
• Answer incoming calls
• Outbound calling to store accounts
• Site visits
• Actively participate in staff meetings

A premier tent/special event/party rental company on the West Shore whose mission it is to provide professional services and appropriate, distinctive, and well-maintained rental equipment to all our customers has IMMEDIATE OPENINGS – We can custom fit a schedule that works for you. Flexible full-time and part-time hours are available now for warehouse labor, driver/delivery helpers (includes loading trucks, delivery/pickup of products, and unloading trucks), and driver trainees. A clean driver record and current license is required.
