The West Shore Chamber held their 4th annual Wine Pairing event Tuesday in a most unusual place. The event was sponsored by Frampton Kimmel, a firm headed up by Chris Frampton and Jackie Kimmel to provide comprehensive financial planning services. The wine pairing was the fusion of carefully selected wines by Gene Zvolensky Capital Wine and Spirits with food prepared on site by Don Noss of Sir D’s Catering. The concrete floor was covered with a black carpet, a frame tent and walls was decorated with cafe string lights, and finished off with seating for 50 using black padded chairs and linen covered conference tables.

About a year ago I had heard of this restaurant, but never got a chance to try it.  Finally last spring, I was looking for something different, and remembered hearing several years ago of an inner city York  “Hole in the Wall” restaurant which was supposed to be renowned for their food, and located near one of the Farmer’s Market.
