The following information was provided by the manufacturer.

This is a very popular liner because if it’s fabric type.  It is designed to be washed, dried and then loaded into the storage bag, without folding.  When it is installed, the repetitive use creates a “crushed” look which is the hallmark for the Baytex gathered liner.  The liner was used last for a high end wedding, then replaced after which it was held as a spare for the last 5 years.  It is freshly laundered and will be shipped in the original red protective bag.

The liner will fit all the major 6/12 pitch frame tents including that of Anchor, Eureka, Aztec, TopTec, Olympic, to name a few.  If you own another brand,  we will confirm the liners fit with a quick phone call.

Additional Information:

This is a one time used stage, installed in a theater for several years. It was configured as risers with walls to the rear and side for the purpose of rowed seating.  Having only been handled and installed once, it is in “Like New” condition with literally no blemishes. The carpet has impressions from feet of the theater seats that can probably be reduced or eliminated with by steam cleaning, the same as if you were correcting the problem on a carpet in your home. The theater closed in the winter of 2011, and the deck dis-assembled and palletized as 3 pallets 6′ tall.  The stage is located at EC’s warehouse in Mechanicsburg with several pieces on display in the showroom. The theater seating from the theater is also for sale by another company, should there be any interest.

Who is Staging Dimensions?

Staging Dimensions is a very innovative company who is known for their engineering prowess.  The photo below is of a system they custom designed using the SD5000 frame system to meet the requirements for a custom pool cover with a transparent top.  It was sold and installed by Applied Systems at the Borgata Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. This speaks to the quality of the product and manufacturer who stands behind it.

Standard Deck Size: 4’ x 8’ x 3 3/4″

Frame Extrusion: Aluminum tube extrusion frame made from 6105-T5 extruded aluminum. Tube construction offers superior strength but is lightweight.

Corner Extrusion: Each corner is a separate aluminum extrusion made from 6105-T5 extruded aluminum. Having a separate corner allows for replacement in minutes should the corners ever become damaged if deck is dropped.

Hardware: All Staging Dimensions decks are assembled with Grade 5 zinc plated bolts, Nylock nuts and screws.

Center Brace: Each 4’ x 8’ deck has an additional center brace support for additional strength running the 8’ length centered at the 2’ mark.

Dual Locks: Dual Lock™ butt-joint cam-type coffin locks offer 2500 pound tensile strength. Each 4’ x 8’ deck has three male and three female locks to accommodate locking each deck together. The male Dual Lock™ can be activated from the top or the bottom of the deck.

Deck Surface: The SD5000 portable stage deck is available in a variety of deck surfaces. The choices are unfinished plywood, finished plywood, Plyron hardboard, Hair Cell polyvinyl, Quad Ripple polyvinyl, and carpet. Custom surfaces are available per your specifications.

Velcro: Each SD5000 portable stage deck comes standard with black hook Velcro ready to accept your choice of skirting. The frame extrusion has our exclusive slot design engineered into the frame to accept hook Velcro so it can’t be torn or damaged when assembling or transporting the decks.

We are upgrading to a higher rack to take advantage of our 32 ft ceilings.  We have are offering for sale our free standing drive-in chair rack which is designed to work within a 16′ ceiling or mezzanine. Manufacturer is Sunbelt in Georgia.  It has 3 bays wide, with ground plus 72″ high palletized storage. It will hold 5 pallets deep, 2 high, and 3 wide for a total of 29 pallet positions.  Each pallet holds 3 stacks of chairs stacked 65 high for a total of 5655 chairs.

Will require a 20′ bed truck to transport (longest pieces are 6 ea 18′ angle iron)
