• Complete package cost – $18,000.00 -  Excluding Sidewall
• Offered as complete tent including set of tops, center & sidepoles, webbing, ground cranks, stakes and stake bars for normal installation.  This tent is in “ready to install” condition
• Tent  top vinyl is in excellent structural condition rated “A”
  • appearance is rated “B-” condition
  • has always been installed with ground cloth
  • cleaned approx 8 times, and rented once since last cleaning
  • most recent rental was on South Lawn of PA State Capital Complex
    for all day legislative event in June
  • top side appearance is white with typical graying  from age
  • bottom side is bright white with some minor scuffs and small hole-related patches in no more than 10 locations in 7200 SF
  • vinyl has never required major repairs of rips, storm damage, etc
  • valance in normal condition
  • one mid was bought more recently and is in “A” condition
• Tent hardware (plates/webbing/laceline/reinforcement/anchoring/etc in ”A” condition
  • hardware all original and in excellent condition
  • no major structural repairs  were required or performed in life of tent
  • lace line excellent,  rain flap missing occasional spring clip as is common for this style tent
  • cranks and stakes have normal rust (always stored indoors)
  • Center poles are aluminum, 2 pc. sleeve connection
  • Side poles are wooden, and can be upgraded to Aluminum for $40.00 EA
