- Complete package cost – $ 22,026.00, excluding sidewall
- Offered as complete tent including set of tops, center & side-poles, 2″ webbing, in line ratchets, stakes and stake bars for normal installation. This tent is in “ready to install” condition
- Wholesale buyer can exclude center-poles for credit if desired
- Tent top vinyl is in excellent structural condition rated “A”
- top is made up of 4 pieces laced together to make one:
1 pair of ends each 50′ x 20′
2 mids each 50′ x 30′ - appearance is rated “A-” wedding condition
- has always been installed with ground cloth
- the tent was last rented on September 20, 2011 at the home office of Harsco
- washed approx 10 times, and was rented twice since it’s last washing
- top side appearance is still a bright white
- underside is typical of its age with minor scuffs and small hole related patches in no more than 6 locations in 5000 SF. Any pinholes from normal use would easily covered with Vinyl Coating products available from all major tent suppliers
- vinyl has never required major repairs due to rips, storm damage, etc
- scalloped valance in normal condition
- top is made up of 4 pieces laced together to make one:
- Tent hardware (plates/webbing/laceline/reinforcement/anchoring/etc in ”A” condition
- hardware all original in excellent condition
- no major structural repairs were required or performed in life of tent
- lace line excellent
- webbing/ratchet system is a combination of single and double yokes as sold from manufacturer
- stakes have normal rust (always stored indoors)
- Center poles are 24′ x 4″ 1 piece aluminum from manfacturer
- Side poles are wooden standard painted white
