Soldiers Grove the Site of Dedication Ceremony for Specialist McGinnis

Soldiers Grove, Harrisburg Monday is the site for the dedication of a memorial marker to honor Clarion County mcginnisMedal of Honor recipient Ross McGinnis.  McGinnis was killed when a grenade was thrown into his vehicle in Baghdad, Iraq, on December 4, 2006.  McGinnis is recognized for his heroic deed of saving the lives of four fellow soldiers in the vehicle.

On this solemn occasion, the PA House of Representatives arranged a 30 x 45 frame tent which was placed adjacent to the memorial Marker.  Event Central is proud to be providing services for this event, and salutes those men and women who sacrifice their lives to protect our freedom’

    thanks Scott for being a part of this honorable event
    I can only imagine that the set up for this by EC was in the highest & most respectful standard, befitting for one of our fallen heros.
