Compliments to My Staff

There is nothing more exciting for this business owner than getting a written compliment from a customer directed to a specific employee.   Today I found such a note on a Local Wedding Site.  To be our best we need feedback, hopefully favorable and sometimes constructive.

You are, without a doubt, one of the nicest people that’s ever come into my life and I haven’t even had the distinct pleasure of meeting you! You’ve been, and you are, Great and I made sure Scott knows how excellent your service has been.

The party was fabulous and the tent, tables, linens and black chairs made for a truly perfect presentation.

Rest assured, we’ll be using your great services again in the not too distant future.
